What is a Lightjet Print?

A lightjet print is made by a specially designed photographic printer (not inkjet), which exposes the media with 3 high-intensity lasers yielding an exceptionally hi-res image. Click here to view the Oce equipment we use.

Can I send my Digital File Directly to Mesa Photo Imaging Center?

Yes. You can send your digital file directly to our ftp site. Please call for directions to upload your files or see our file set-up page.

Can I purchase my portable tradeshow bannerstand or pop-up booth and graphics directly from Mesa Photo?

Yes. We are a one-stop shop. We can provide you with your portable display units, help you with your digital design, and produce your graphics. Why pay a middle-person, when we can take care of your every need?

How large of an image can be produced?

We can produce an actual photograph up to 6 feet by 18 feet in one piece.

What about Vinyl Graphics?

We produce indoor and outdoor grand format vinyl graphics up to 16 feet by 250 feet single piece.

What if I want my images laminated and mounted?

Mesa Photo Imaging Center has a complete finishing department on the premises. We can mount and laminate images up to 6 feet by 100 feet. We always recommend a quality UV lamination for any image that needs long-term protection and resistance to color fade.

Can Mesa Photo Imaging Center provide me with just a digital scan?

Yes. We use the Aztek Photostudio Drum-Scanner ( http://www.aztek.com/ ) that can scan an image with resolutions up to 4000 dpi.

What about film processing?

We offer C-41 as well as E-6 film processing in 35mm, 120, 220, 4X 5 and 8X10 formats. E-6 runs are available in 2 hour or 24 hour service. C-41 is completed in 24 hours. We run process controls daily to verify that your film receives the very best in development quality and we maintain our status as San Diego's' only Kodak ProLab. "Push" and "Pull" process is available to compensate for exposure variances on your E-6 film. And of course we use quality Kodak chemistry in both processing lines.

How do I receive my completed product?

We offer free pick up and delivery in San Diego for orders of $50.00 or more. If you are not in San Diego, we do offer shipping to most destinations.
